Vipassana Meditation Workshop

Hello!

I will be leading a 3-part Vipassana meditation workshop beginning Thursday, March 12th, at the Coventry LIbrary in Cleveland Heights.  This course will be held once a month on the second Thursday of the month through May.  

We will have a brief overview of Vipassana and I'll provide information for you to take home to learn more about the practice.  We will then meditate for approx. 30 minutes.  A book I recommend is "Seeking the Heart of Wisdom."
